App is worthless. Don't bother to install. Requires camera permission and of you don't, you're continually prompted. Runs fans on lights all the time. You have to sign in EVERY TIME. They say their data is NOT shared yet in installation your data may be shared. Shinzen(sp).has no idea of user interface and doubt they will improve this app. I'd have given zero stars If possible. The current rating of 1.6 shows they are incompetent.

We are sorry for the bad experience. The APP supports multiple login methods: "Email verification code", "Password" and "Guest mode". In "Guest mode", you can enter the APP page normally without entering a verification code or password. Article 3 of the privacy agreement clearly states the issue of data sharing, which you can check.

Not used my RM75 for a year or so. Fired up the app and nothing connects. It worked fine the very first time I used it, don't fix something that's not broken.

I bought 2 rm75 because they are said to work with this app. But this app does not work. I can connect the devices/equipment to the app, but the app crashes whenever I try to go into the adjustment page of each light. So I couldn't adjust the light at all. I am using Google pixel 7 pro. It would be great if this can be fix to work with my phone.

There are currently compatibility issues with the Google Market version, which we will fix as soon as possible.
