The app connects when the socks are plugged into the batteries. the app works when it's open but if you minimize the app after picking your settings to do other stuff the app freezes and disconnects. when you slide the app back up it's frozen. After fully closing the app and reopening it you have to reconnect to the socks and re-set your temperature... very annoying. Also it's 2025 no app needs location permissions to connect with Bluetooth anymore. It's just a security issue at that point...

This app sucks so bad! I've had it on my phone for 2 months and it has made my phone unusable. When I open the app to use it if freeze every single time and when the app freezes it makes my phone run like garbage! I have to turn my phone off and back on for it to work properly. I'm heading over to Amazon to leave a negative review on the socks.

The app did work, and now it doesn't work at all. Won't connect. It isn't practical to lift my pant legs up to turn on or off the socks or to adjust the temperature. Can't really find any customer service info. Frustrating because I took extra time to research buying a product like this on Amazon. EPIC FAIL. Now I own expensive socks that I can't return. 813/23 Am revising my review because the app was updated finally. It works better than before. I can now use my socks again! Great job!
