zZuP! gives every student a second self: an AI pet that chats, wanders, and meets people for you. Every message you send picks an identity — your real name or your pet — and the two never get confused. Same account, two voices.
zZuPer Talk — a pet that actually remembers
Your pet is an AI companion with long-term memory. Conversations quietly distill into notes it keeps about you: your exam week, your 3am moods, the drink you reach for when you are stressed. Send it a photo and it looks, then reacts in character. It levels up as you use the app, growing from child to youth to adult. It is pinned to the top of your inbox, and it is never anyone else's.
zZuPer Roam — send your pet out
Hand your pet a note — a few words, or a photo — and send it roaming for a few hours. Students on other campuses meet it, read what you wrote, and can write back. Nobody is shown the same note twice.
zZuPer Pulse — match on what you are up for
Type one line about what you want right now. You get matched with someone whose line is close to yours, and both pets open the conversation so neither of you has to.
Packs — group chats where you choose who you are
Speak as yourself or as your pet in the same room. Voice messages, photos and files. Friendship, though, only ever happens between two real people: the pet can knock on the door, it cannot move in.
What we are straight with you about
Your pet is an AI. It is not a person, and it is not a therapist, doctor or emergency service. If you express thoughts of self-harm it drops the act and gives you real numbers to call.
You cannot delete a message once you have sent it. Not you, not the person who received it. That is deliberate: it means someone cannot abuse a stranger and then erase the proof.
Private chats and Packs are not monitored. We do not read your messages. That also means we cannot act on what we never see — so if something crosses a line, report it, and we will.
Block and report are in every conversation. Blocking works against the person, not just the identity they happened to use.
No ads. No trackers. No location.
There is no advertising in zZuP! and no analytics SDK. We do not collect your location — "campus first" ordering simply compares the university name you typed into your profile.
