Identifying and reporting the issues you come across in your day helps make City Hall aware of important issues and helps them to be responsive to the needs of the community.

• Attach a photograph to illustrate the problem
• Assign the location of the issue or the software auto-assigns it for you

City Staff will receive your case immediately and you can even use your phone to check on the status and receive messages from City Staff on your request as it is processed.

Ratings and reviews

Everytime I try to submit a request on the app it tells me the servers are not responding, try again later. This has been three weeks now.

Software is there, but server for the app to communicate is not available... So everything is USELESS. ZERO STARS!

App work for great but it seam like Perris doesn't follow thur with any complaints or concerns so to sum things up Perris needs to follow thru with complaints instead of completing them has resolved
