About this app

The digital system of effective solutions "Comfortable Community" (www.comfortable.community) with the "Comfortable Community" mobile application are modern tools for digital interaction between residents and communities. The system and the application are components of the digital information and communication infrastructure ®Technology by e-Ecology, which is built according to the principles of a digital ecosystem and works as a whole with other web resources and digital tools in various fields, for example: Interactive register of ecoproblems of Ukraine with the EcoinspectorUA mobile application , etc.

How does the "Comfortable community" work?
1) With the help of their own smartphones or computers, residents create e-appeals about problems, which are generated by the system in official appeals and sent to the relevant community for processing.
2) After receiving the e-appeal, the responsible person makes a decision about the availability/absence of resources/opportunities/authorities to solve the problem raised in the e-appeal:
- if the resource/opportunities/powers are available, the problem can be solved by the community's own efforts;
- if the resource/opportunities/authorities are not available, the e-appeal is forwarded to the authorized body, to solve the problem in essence.
3) The system generates statistics and analytics for decision-making centers of the highest management level, with the aim of providing opportunities for making effective decisions, based on objective data, regarding the development of the relevant administrative-territorial units.

The "Comfortable Community" digital system and the "Comfortable Community" mobile application are not owned by the state, do not represent state interests, and do not provide state (public) administrative services.
