With com.in Connect, you can process orders and capture information directly on-site. Whether forms, meter readings, photos, or documents: the necessary data is captured and made available where it originates – without unnecessary detours or media breaks.

com.in Connect connects mobile employees, service providers, and partners to the processes of the com.in Application Suite and supports fast and reliable data and information exchange.

Work even without an internet connection

A stable internet connection isn't always a given at every work location. In buildings, technical areas, or while traveling, network coverage can be limited or temporarily unavailable. With com.in Connect, you can still process your assigned tasks completely on-site – even offline.

Forms, entries, and photos are securely cached on your device. As soon as an internet connection is available again, the app automatically transfers all outstanding data.

This allows you to complete your work exactly when it needs to be done – regardless of network coverage.

com.in Connect supports you with, among other things:

- mobile processing of orders and tasks
- filling out forms directly on-site
- capturing and transmitting photos and documents
- documenting meter readings and other measurements
- accessing information via QR codes or links
- accessing data sheets and maintenance records
- recurring data collection and inspections

Reliable even during connection interruptions
Data not yet transmitted remains on your device. The app shows you at any time which data is still waiting to be synchronized.

As soon as a connection is available again, the outstanding data is transmitted automatically.

Multiple consecutive data collections – for example, during meter reading inspections – can also be carried out offline. Each data collection is saved separately and later assigned to the correct process.

Information doesn't need to be noted down on paper first, photos sent separately, or data re-entered into a system later.

Bearbeiten Sie zugewiesene Aufträge, Formulare und Erfassungen auch ohne Internetverbindung. Eingaben und Fotos werden sicher auf dem Gerät gespeichert und automatisch übertragen, sobald wieder eine Verbindung besteht.
Zusätzlich zeigt die App noch nicht übertragene Erfassungen an und unterstützt zuverlässige Offline-Erfassungen. Auch Synchronisation, Fehlerbehandlung und Stabilität wurden weiter verbessert.
