The app is of very little help. They don't show the current consumption units. I tried to send s query about this via Feedback but got a popup saying: "You already have a pending feedback of this type." I thought maybe I forgot. My Loadmeter always shows 'Possible Overload' even when very few electrical appliances are in use. Tried to send a query but got same pop up notification again. I'm sure that I never asked about this before. 'Get a Callback' also didn't work but I've tried it only once.

I got the update notification after I open this app today. I updated it and after update then it is not showing any bills and history as well. After 2 or 3 seconds, it just redirected to home page. I think the changes related to performance but something has done wrongly and it affected the app functionality which was working properly before the update. So, user's don't update the app if it is working and getting the information which you required.

One of the irritate and time wasted app. Most terrible thing is that they never resolve any issues when power get cut off. If they respond by chance they will say that it will take 4 to 5 hours to resolve even there is not a big issue. I request to torrent power kindly hire the right & dedicated candidate for the work to resolve customer queries as soon as possible.
