I am unable to download my Torrent Power electricity bill from the app. Every time I try to download the bill, the app shows this error: “Error downloading file: PlatformException(invalid_format_type, Can't handle the provided file type., null, null)” I have already reinstalled the app many times and granted all required permissions, but the problem still persists. So Please fix this issue as soon as possible..

To Support, The recent app update is a significant downgrade. I am reporting four major issues that were not present in the previous version: Login Issues: I am forced to log in every time the app is opened. Missing Status: Power failure complaints no longer show if work is in progress. No Notifications: SMS alerts for outages and resolution times have stopped. Payment Failures: The billing section fails to load, preventing any payments. Please fix these regressions immediately as the app.
