Getting even worse... The new trips interface SUCKS. You can't see the map while you're picking options, so you have no frame of reference anymore. You also can't see street names or times now once you open a trip, so you're just blindly selecting options. Might as well tap options randomly!! And if you pick the wrong group in the Visit section (always do; the categories are murky), you can't back out to pick a different one easily.

After the update, it limits what you can get miles from to your FIRST TWO TRIPS now. I traveled over 250 miles yesterday, went to claim miles, and it would only let me claim two stops in town before the trip. Whoever made the change has completely ruined how the app worked for those who can't spend money on it. You now have to pay for a subscription to get any decent miles. They also changed to have limited giftcards as well. I'm very disappointed, as I liked this app a lot...

Used to be good but not worth the trouble anymore. Unless you enroll in miles plus ( where YOU pay THEM a monthly fee for the privilege of having them track you) you have to go in and manually claim miles for each trip. You don't get the full amount unless you also click on a 2nd button and report the purpose of the trip (food, walk dog, etc.) It takes forever to build up enough for a gift card and when you do it's almost impossible to cash the miles in. Gift cards are always "sold out".
