The app is iffy at the best of times. You struggle to edit your information and customer support is none existent. Have had an issue for about 2 months concerning having great signal yet being told there is no internet connection. They state that the internet is uncapped and unlimited yet I only seem to be able to use it with no hassles from the morning hours to around 2pm. I work from home so this is very inconvenient when you expect to have unlimited internet. You never hear back from support.

I am giving the app 1 star! The reason is that when you try to settle the account, the transaction ends almost immediately just before I get my OTP to conform the account. I know it's not my bank or card. It's your app because other purchases don't do this!!!! You need to set your timer for at least 60 seconds, not 10 seconds. Every other company has a standard 60-second window for you to confirm your OTP. So please wake up!!!!!

Terrible service delivery. I am out of the country and have sent several tickets requesting cancellation of account. They dont reply& the only message you get is receipt of the ticket. Horrible customer service. They changed payment date from the 25th of every month to the 1st & charged me twice when the change occured, mind you i neither initiated nor requested the change. Stay very far away. I will just cancel the billing card they use and chuck their stuff in the trash, where it belongs
