it's more than a year since I've converted my postpaid connection to prepaid. but still when i try to convert it back to postpaid ,the app says that you can convert after 6 months of conversion. it's more than a year . very buggy and bad app. also I'm recharging my prepaid account still I'm getting monthly bills. so what's the point of conversion. now I'm paying in both modes.

App is Very Good but problems are with the servers in which all these things are being hosted & even it's not faster and sometimes payment gets stuck but ok settled fast enough so won't be complaining that much but make the interface more user looking as the experience of this app can be made more better & the offices can be made more better by establishing a time limit within this your work should be done at any cost so let's hope this review is taken positively.

App has many bugs. 1. There is no proper way to lodge complaint, even lodged complaints get closed without any resolution. 2. Update button in My Profile -> Personal Details not working 3. My profile -> Personal details is showing detail of unknown customer (most serious bug) and not able to edit it as update button is not working. Can't trust on paying within the app.
