Apparcus is the organized group ledger. It replaces the notebook, the WhatsApp screenshots and the spreadsheet your Financial Secretary rebuilds every week with one verified record that updates the moment money arrives.

Give your project a name, a purpose and a picture contributors will see. Make the name searchable so your members can find it on apparcus.com, or keep it private and share the link directly.

Collect into a dedicated account
Each project gets its own account details. Contributions flow in and appear on the ledger instantly, attributed to the contributor who sent them.

Type up records you already have
Already collected on paper? Create a Type-B project and type up the record sheet you have. Set the date the payments were actually made, not the day you entered them, and your history stays accurate.

Ask the questions you actually need
Add custom fields to your project — "T-shirt size", "Gender", "Department", anything. They also help you tell two contributors with the same name apart.

See who gave, and share the proof
Browse your supporters, open any transaction and share a clean receipt. Optionally give contributors their own withdrawal history tab so the group sees exactly where the money went.

Withdraw to your own bank
Open your Personal Account, move funds out of a project and send them to your bank. Beads cover withdrawal fees once your free withdrawal points are used.

Lock it down
Face or fingerprint unlock protects the app, and biometric confirmation sits in front of every withdrawal.

Apparcus is operated by Apparcus Finexus Ltd. Accounts and transfers are handled by our licensed banking partner, Safe Haven Microfinance Bank. Identity verification uses NIBSS-approved protocols, and we comply with the Central Bank of Nigeria's KYC and Anti-Money Laundering requirements and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Your BVN is never stored by us — it is encrypted and passed straight to our licensed verification partners.
