It is a mobile and web-based solution designed to optimize the management of field technical staff, combining accurate time recording with safety documentation and administrative management (time off and overtime).

Key Features:

1. Time and Specific Activity Recording (Field Service)

Geolocation Time Clocking: Technicians record the start and end of their workday/activity directly from the mobile app, with GPS location tracking to verify their presence at the worksite (elevator or escalator).

Team Assignment: Allows you to record time spent specifically on a piece of equipment or asset (elevator or escalator) by selecting the equipment or scanning a QR code.

Digital Work Reports: Technicians can document the tasks performed (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspection) and the materials used, eliminating the need for paperwork.

2. Overtime and Leave Management

Absence Request and Approval: Employees request time off, vacation, or sick leave directly in the app; supervisors receive notifications and can digitally approve them.

Overtime Tracking: Allows the technician to record overtime hours worked, which are automatically sent to the supervisor for approval and subsequent payroll calculation.

Payroll Reporting: Automatically generates detailed reports that differentiate between regular hours, overtime, and absence time for accurate and legal payroll calculations.

3. Safety and Compliance (EHS) Modules

Viewing Briefings/Training: Technicians have direct access to safety materials (videos, documents, safe work procedures) required before starting a task.
