The pictures, chat and prescription we add after confirmed appointment dr unable to see that. During video consultation you have to share all details again no option to send multiple pictures and prescription you have to add 1 by 1 pictures during call. Poor voice quality. If you are away from the patient so it's useless. Same app appointment can't access by twice devices on your unavailability. Need to progress or arrange what's app vide calls

It took me 24hrs to finally get my appointment. The Doctor was late. I had call/msg myself to remind them multiple times that there's an appointment scheduled & paid in advance. The prescription sent was via picture on WhatsApp unclear & upon identifying that it should be typed, there was no response & eventually the pharmacist couldn't read what medication was prescribed.... what a scam! Virtual/Online solutions are supposed to be convenient, quick & stress free. This was NONE!

Booked an appointment and paid the fees which they took ages to confirm. I received a message approx 2 hours after the appointment time that the doctor is available for a call in the next 5 minutes. It was too late till then. Reading all the reviews, I didn't wanna believe these people were a scam but turns out, these people are really exploiting when people are desperately trying to find a doctor. Plus their customer service is dead
