I can't login to my app! It tells me to check my internet connection, but my connection is perfectly fine. I had the code sent to my phone, but I only leads me to a screen that says "success!" and it stays there. Sent two emails that were unanswered. I have no choice but to uninstall and I can't even get in to clear my info first.😡 I only downloaded this to make YouTube videos. Made one, now I'll have to find another app to make more.

Had premium for 6 months with no problem, then randomly got banned mid conversation with a girl. I didn't do anything as I never show anything inappropriate. So the ban was by mistake, and then I appealed, and that also failed. So they got it wrong twice, and usually, my appeals work saying they say they found nothing wrong and the system got it wrong. I contacted customer support, and no response after 8 days. They used to take 2-3 days. Not for paying for an unban that was by mistake.

Phone overheats and loses signal within 10 minutes of use. App is very nice BUT literally zero support. I've got a problem, clicked support, asked the question, it sent me a few articles but when you tell it that it didn't help, it just says sorry. Hello? You don't have support agents??? Ridiculous
