Had premium for 6 months with no problem, then randomly got banned mid conversation with a girl. I didn't do anything as I never show anything inappropriate. So the ban was by mistake, and then I appealed, and that also failed. So they got it wrong twice, and usually, my appeals work saying they say they found nothing wrong and the system got it wrong. I contacted customer support, and no response after 8 days. They used to take 2-3 days. Not for paying for an unban that was by mistake.

Phone overheats and loses signal within 10 minutes of use. App is very nice BUT literally zero support. I've got a problem, clicked support, asked the question, it sent me a few articles but when you tell it that it didn't help, it just says sorry. Hello? You don't have support agents??? Ridiculous

I recently discovered the app uses a “Hot Mode” that influences match results, but there’s no clear explanation or option to turn it off. This feature is not disclosed anywhere in the app, which feels deceptive. I do not want to be part of this mode and should have been given a choice. I’m asking for either: A way to disable Hot Mode immediately, or A full refund for my purchase. Please respond promptly.
