About this app

To ensure transparency and meet the entire operational requirements at DCS level, NDDB has developed an integrated software titled “Automatic Milk Collection System” (AMCS). This software links various stakeholders at the Union/Federation/National level. The integrated structure also has a collective provision of financial inclusion and mobile application for key informatics.

AMCS Supervisor App is part of the Automatic Milk Collection System, and has been designed for use by Route Supervisors of a milk union. It works in conjunction with the AMCS desktop application and provides supervisors with summary data to facilitate monitoring and co-ordination.

For each DCS assigned to them, Supervisors can:

• View a real-time dashboard providing essential summary details
• View day report and collection v/s dispatch variation for daily collection
• Audit manual milk collection entries of an individual DCS
• View DCS wise member demographics
• Verify applicable milk rates

AMCS Supervisor App is aimed at providing supervisors with access to summarized data to enhance and facilitate day-to-day operations, and increase transparency.
