Ratings and reviews

It stopped working 2 weeks ago on my Google pixel 7. It crashes immediately on trying to enter any information on the login screen or hitting any of the buttons. My OS & app are up to date. I cleared cache & reinstalled many times. I sent a message to the support email listed in the app store a week ago and no response. So, broken app and completely unresponsive app "support". 12/21/23 update: second email to support, still no response. The bad reviews are piling up. Everyone has the same issue!

App is quick, efficient, and I appreciate that it gives you alerts as to what's happening with the banks (like if atm systems are down or card things are being modified). Really wonderful app. *edit* bringing this rating from 5 to 3 because of how slow and janky the app has become. I have to open and close the app at least twice before it'll let me log in, fingerprint is 50/50 on whether it'll work, and transferring money is laggy and annoying. Still a good app, just frustrating to use now.

It's almost impossible to deposit a check. After logging in, selecting the option to deposit a check, selecting the account, entering the amount, taking a photo of the front of the check...The app closes. Repeat the process all......day. When the bankers send you a message the app does not notify you.
