I tried paying at a restaurant POS, twice. The card was declined twice. A few minutes later the app shows that I was charged twice (total 60 EUR). I cross checked with the restaurant, they showed me in the POS printout that they did not charge the card. It seems I lost 60 euros. Waiting for Monday to call Up Hellas to solve the issue, because there is no 24/7 helpline. Edit : The phone support was excellent and the money was refunded in a few days.

While the UI is decent, it has some bugs/cons which could be improved. In short: 1. Improve your UI/App functionalities according to user experience cause e.g. bugs and faults regarding location, login and buttons' position are many. 2. Most shops are not tagged for search, have owner name instead of brand, some are duplicated and don't match g-maps location properly. 3. Please integrate more franchises, most shops are unknown and the 2. mentioned makes it harder. Nice customer support, though❤️

Unreliable app. This is unacceptable since we are talking about money. And additional to that, there have been times, that due to system failure, I couldn't perform payments. I wouldn't recommend up Hellas to anyone!
