Chat gives no option to chat, it is just a faq. Not responsive - renewal of offer was not immediate. App didnt give me easy option to explain the real problem to someone. ... so as you can see from the developer responses to poor reviews, if your problem is not something that they thought about in the FAQ and you want to explain it to someone, the easiest thing to do is add a negative review here. Then you will get actual contact details and a channel of communication will open.

The latest update is mandatory, so I can't use the app (i.e add credit ) until I update. But my phone runs on Android 8.0.0, and I am unable to download. Reading the other comments, it seems the app only works on later versions of Android. What do the rest of us do?

This app is rubbish! I haven't been able to top up for the last 2 times! I've been trying to change my password which is literally impossible and tbe chat is never available! I've tried countless times to contact the help centre but it always seems to be down, useless app!
