About this app

Cordial Systems is the operations workspace for an EMS agency, on the phone the crew already carries.

It is the same account, the same agency and the same records as the website — so a check filed at the ambulance is the one the office sees, immediately.

WHAT A CREW DOES FROM HERE

• Daily readiness — AED, medication and supply checks, fleet and equipment readiness, and the agency's own checklist forms, with the header fields and confirmations each agency writes for itself.
• Controlled substances — the DEA chain of custody. Administer and waste against a specific vial, count a drug box, and reseal it. Every act is two-person verified: the witness signs with a rotating code from their own phone, or a coded reason is recorded saying why nobody could.
• Transfer risk assessment — the agency's own scoring form, its points and its bands, worked out on the phone before the truck moves.
• Incident reports, pass-along notes, work orders and public education events.
• Scheduling — your shifts, open shifts, time-off requests.
• Messaging, the newsfeed and agency alerts.
• Protocols, education and certificates, field training evaluations, QA/QI reviews.
• A medication calculator that runs on the agency's own drug list.
• Reports and the agency, state and national dashboards, for the people whose role includes them.

BUILT FOR HOW THE WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS

Every screen respects the permissions the agency set. A module a person cannot open on the website cannot be opened here either, and a role that only reads only reads.

Records that cannot be corrected say so before anything is typed. The controlled substance ledger is append-only at the database — nobody can edit or delete a filed entry, administrators included — so those forms list what is still missing rather than hiding a greyed-out button, and never stamp a time nobody actually stated.

No protected health information is collected. Patient identifiers are blocked in the app and at the database, deliberately: this is an operations record, not a patient record.

WHO IT IS FOR

Cordial Systems is licensed to EMS agencies. You need an account from your agency to sign in — the app does not create accounts and there is nothing to buy inside it.

What’s new

A demo or short-term login can now carry an end date. Before the date, every screen shows how long is left. After it, the app is replaced by a screen that says so plainly — nothing has been lost, and the account can be given more time at any point. Accounts without an end date are unchanged.
