How do you submit a report?
To submit one of the above reports, simply follow the on-screen instructions to provide information that is relevant to the authority. By completing all of the fields, it will enable us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, without us having to asks you for more details
How does it work?
Once you have submitted the report, it will be handled by our Customer Service team. They will then forward the details to the most appropriate council officer to resolve the enquiry. Once the issues in the report have been resolved, you will receive notification via email to confirm what actions have been taken. You will also be able to view this information on your mobile device.
