CPL – Litúrgia de les Hores

Centre de Pastoral Litúrgica

About this app

The Liturgy of the Hours in Catalan, on your mobile, with the texts of the Liturgical Pastoral Center.

Open the app and everything is there: the liturgical day, the seven hours and the readings of the mass. One touch and prayers.

EVERY DAY, AT THE START
• The liturgical day with its color, the celebration, the week and the psalter.
• The seven hours: Office of reading, Lauds, Terce, Sext, None, Vespers and Compline. The time that is now coming is highlighted.
• The readings of the mass: first reading, psalm, second reading and gospel.
• The life of the saint, the days that have them.

THOUGHT FOR PRAYER
• The complete texts, the same as the books of the CPL.
• Offline: once installed, it does not require internet.
• The screen does not turn off while you pray.
• Font size and dark mode, manually from the prayer itself.
• Hymns, also in Latin if you prefer.

YOUR CALENDAR
• Choose the diocese and the place: the celebrations themselves and the dedication of the cathedral come out as they should.
• Go to any day, back or forward.
• Free memories, first vespers, evening mass, Palms, Easter Vigil: every day, as it is.

Official text of the Interdiocesan Commission for Liturgy of the Tarraconense Episcopal Conference, approved by the bishops of the Catalan-speaking dioceses and confirmed by the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments: Prot. N. 312/15, April 27, 2016.

The app does not ask for any personal data and does not track you. If you give it your location, it only serves to choose the diocese, and does not leave the phone.
