After so many screen short shared to you and after app updated but same issue occoured , during payment processing screen goes to home page and ticket not bookéd. Kindly suggest for further course of action and resolve it.

At last this upgraded version is allowing me to book tickets. "Book" option is fitting in screen. Previously it was outside the screen. Thats why giving it 3 stars. But bug fixation has to be done to allow proper display of icons against captions. This app is enriched with features but display is poor, doesnt accomodate all features to include in screen. Even yes/no options for selecting travel insurance not accomodating in display screen. Kindly do the needful.

I am not receiving mobile verification OTP complaint by mail then received Ticket number and contact customer care but not resolved yet customer care giving same reply this problem resolved after 24 hours since 26 February 2024 onwards
