Made for the self-employed construction professional — bricklayer, electrician, painter, plasterer, plumber, carpenter, installer — who manages their own projects and calls on trusted partners as needed.

Create a proposal with stages, costs, and materials, generate a PDF with your company name and logo, and send it to the client. Approved? One tap transforms it into construction and frees up your team, files, and schedule. Proposals are unlimited on any plan — create as many quotes as you want.

STAGES AND PHOTOS
Divide the project into stages with deadlines, costs, and categories. Mark what's complete and track the project's progress automatically. Take photos of each stage and have before-and-after pictures on hand when the client asks.

MONEY IN THE RIGHT PLACE
Combine down payments and installments, choose the payment method, and record payments as you receive them. Record materials by marking who pays, register expenses with or without a linked project, and see the real profit of each project—not just what came in, but what went out.

YOUR TEAM, PROJECT BY PROJECT
Register your network of partners and allocate whoever you need to each project, with the agreed-upon amount. The app shows the outstanding balance of each partner and the history of what has already been paid. No need to write it down in a notebook or rely on memory at the end of the month.

Partner without an app account? No problem. You manage it normally and invite only those you want.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
See on a single screen who is on which project each day. The app doesn't allow the same person to be assigned to two projects on the same day, so the gap appears before it becomes a problem on the construction site.

YOUR CLIENT CAN FOLLOW THE PROGRESS
Invite the client and they can see the progress of the stages, photos, and their own payment plan—without seeing your team or how much you pay them. Fewer calls asking about the work's progress.

YOUR PARTNER CAN TOO
Those you invite can see the projects they've been assigned to, their own schedule, and only their own payments. If you authorize it, they can also mark stages as completed and send photos directly from the construction site.

EVERYTHING IN NUMBERS
The financial dashboard separates what matters: how much you have to receive and pay now, and how the performance was in the month, quarter, or year. See upcoming payments by date, which projects have outstanding balances, and a statement with everything that came in and went out.

FILES AND DEADLINES
Store contracts, invoices, licenses, and documents by project or individually. Control equipment rental with suppliers, cost, and return date.

PDF REPORTS
Generate a complete project report with stages, photos, and financial information. Need to send it to the client? There is a filtered version, without any of your team's information or costs.

WHY THIS AND NOT A SPREADSHEET?
Spreadsheets don't notify you when a payment is due, don't show photos of the progress, don't allow clients to track progress, and don't know that the same painter is scheduled in two places on Thursday. Reformei Pro was designed for the way freelancers actually work: multiple projects, a changing team, and money coming in and out through different channels.

Your data is kept in your account, protected, and you can delete everything whenever you want directly from the app.
