Keep track of everything, even on the go. With the CSB app, you can easily access the most important master data from your CSB inventory management system using keyword search.

Always have your customer database with you. Call customers, send SMS, emails, or WhatsApp messages. View a list of customer vehicles and appointments. Transfer address data to a map service. The app also allows you to conveniently create new customer profiles or edit existing ones while you're out and about.

Always have your customer and stock vehicles at your fingertips. View a list of all vehicles with their key master data. You can also filter for stock vehicles only.

Always have your product database at your fingertips. Access your complete product database with price and availability information, as well as all background data imported into the CSB inventory management system. Use the keyword search or scan a label with the integrated barcode scanner. Creating new products or editing existing ones is also possible.

With the direct acceptance function, you can create a new workshop order with customer and vehicle assignment directly from the app into the inventory management system. The document management system allows you to attach images to orders.

Manage your vehicle registration conveniently on the go. The integrated vehicle registration scanner automatically captures key data, which can then be manually supplemented. All workshop orders and their status are always at your fingertips. Check orders while you're out and about, and you can also book parts, notes, and comments. Images and PDF documents can be attached to all master data and orders at any time.

All CSB calendars are always readily available, even when you're on the go. With agenda, week and day views, and filter options for mechanics, you always have a clear overview. Quickly schedule an appointment while you're out and about – no problem with the CSB app.

The S2 service is required to connect the CSB inventory management system to the CSB app.
