District Learning Tracker is a data collection app that helps map Student Learning Outcomes across districts and schools. The app is used to assess Grade 2 students on literacy and numeracy competencies defined under the NIPUN Bharat initiative, and to bring that data together into a district-wide picture of foundational learning.
Assessors use the app to test each student against specific grade-level competencies, recording exactly which foundational skills have been mastered and which have not. As this data is collected across schools, it builds a consolidated view of learning outcomes at the school, block, and district level and see where they need additional support, to drive accelerated learning outcomes.
Key capabilities:
-Collect Grade 2 literacy and numeracy competency data directly from schools, aligned to the NIPUN Bharat framework
-Record competency-wise mastery for each student
-Consolidate data from individual students up to school level
-Support data capture in schools
-Generate reports that help plan targeted interventions and allocate resources
By systematically collecting competency-level data from schools, District Learning Tracker gives districts a reliable, up-to-date map of foundational learning outcomes to ensure every child achieves grade-level literacy and numeracy.
This app is intended for use by authorized department personnel as part of official learning assessment programs.
