Poor app only in Vietnamese. You will never receive OTP. Instead there is a note stated that you call the general line. It means OTP is not functioning. B..S.. app. Evnhanoi can do better ???

cannot use email OTP. 3 minutes for the token to be expired but the email couldn't arrived within 5 minutes. your email server is such, please consider a cloud solution
