The bank and app is nice but I do fear communication with employees to customers is not the greatest. I had a card that was closed down without my knowledge and they only contacted me about it when I contacted them. And they said they called me 2 times but they did it with an unverified number that got labeled scam, I didn't receive any texts or emails. So communication needs to be worked on, but other than that it's a good bank and app.

All of the positive reviews have to be bots because this app (and the bank in general) does not function anywhere near where it should. I get constant error pages, I don't get notified of late fees, automatic payments are a nightmare that I have to keep resetting. The whole thing operates in a way to trick the user. No straight forward information or functionality. No feedback on functionality. Horrible.

Used to be a good app. Since the last update, all it does is load. I can log in and see what my balance is, nothing else. Can't look at individual accounts, can't move funds in the app; it's well and truly broke. EDIT: Even at home, where the loading sometimes stops, now it shows my personal account but not the joint one-- which shows up on the website so there's no excuse.
