DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT APP
Current Affairs 2026 is an independent, privately made study app. It does not represent any government entity, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government body or examination conducting authority. UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB and the state public service commissions have no connection with this app and have not endorsed it. The app does not provide or facilitate any government service. It asks you practice questions and shows you the answers.
SOURCES OF GOVERNMENT INFORMATION
Questions that mention a government scheme, appointment, budget, policy or official announcement draw on information published by five official sources, each named here with a working link. These five are the only sources of government information used in this app, and there are no others:
1. Press Information Bureau (PIB) — https://pib.gov.in
2. All India Radio News — https://newsonair.gov.in
3. The Gazette of India — https://egazette.gov.in
4. National Portal of India — https://www.india.gov.in
5. Parliament of India — https://sansad.in
Every other question in the app is general knowledge practice — history, geography, general science, sports and culture — and carries no government information. The same five links are in the app under Settings > Sources and disclaimer.
