Bibi Jeet Kaur Memorial Senior Secondary School, located at Shamsherpur, Paonta Sahib, is a co-educational senior secondary institution committed to delivering quality, value-based education. With nearly 500 students, the school nurtures young minds in an environment that blends modern education with moral and spiritual values.
The school is named in the loving memory of Bibi Jeet Kaur, the revered daughter of Sant Teja Singh Ji. Her life and inspiration remain a guiding force for the institution. Sant Teja Singh Ji was a visionary spiritual leader and a dedicated reformer who laid the foundation of The Kalgidhar Trust in 1956 with the noble aim of transforming society through education rooted in values.
In 2025, the complete management of the school was formally taken over by The Kalgidhar Trust, marking a new phase of growth and excellence. The Trust is fully committed to upgrading the school to match the high academic, moral, and infrastructural standards of its renowned network of Akal Academies. Along with academic excellence, the Trust has pledged to provide students with complete intellectual, spiritual, and moral development through modern learning methods, a disciplined environment, and rich spiritual values.
As we all know, Kalgidhar Trust is running Akal Academies; more than 130 low-cost CBSE schools and two universities have been established across North India, educating nearly 75,000 students, especially in rural and underserved areas. The Trust also actively works in women empowerment, healthcare, drug de-addiction, old age care, orphan care, and social welfare.
Bibi Jeet Kaur Memorial School proudly carries forward this legacy of service.
