Quantum advertises this like its a useful user application... it's just a control interface for their vendors. so pretty much absolutely useless to keep around or use unless you're getting help virtually from them directly

I have the same problem as the others. Once I connect it won't let me in. Also, YouTube says the video is private. I'm over 6 months trying to get this thing going. I have one client went to another provider because of it costing me a $20,000 new chair sale. It has been totally worthless.

Hi, we apologize for the connectivity issues you are having. An app update is planned to help resolve this for various Android versions on multiple devices. The YouTube links should be public and viewable again.

This app doesn't work running the newest android. It tries to connect and once you select the check mark to connect on the chair it rejects the connection.

Sorry for the inconvenience. An update that restores full compatibility with Android 10 will be released shortly. Jul 29, 2020: Please excuse for the delay. The version just released adds full compatibility with Android 10, among other amazing new features and reworked GUI usability.
