The Quantum Interactive Assist app gives the client a way to allow a technician remote access to the wheelchair’s full diagnostics information in real time. The connection provides the technician with full system and diagnostics information along with tools, such as a real-time mirror image of the wheelchair’s display, to aid in reducing service trips.

absolutely worthless app. won't connect 95% of the time. when it actually does, won't let me do anything at all.

I have the same problem as the others. Once I connect it won't let me in. Also, YouTube says the video is private. I'm over 6 months trying to get this thing going. I have one client went to another provider because of it costing me a $20,000 new chair sale. It has been totally worthless.

Quantum advertises this like its a useful user application... it's just a control interface for their vendors. so pretty much absolutely useless to keep around or use unless you're getting help virtually from them directly
