Useless af. Never works. I tap on "order cylinder" and it says "we apologise for the inconvenience blah blah" this is happening from past few years time to time. This app needs a lot of improvement. I didn't ask see any changes for more than 3 years. EDIT1: Cleared app data. Still has the same issue. EDIT2: Uninstalled and installed again. Still don't work.

As none of the petrol pump add the number to the bill it is impossible to get the points that we should get for the same. A simple automates feature in the app where we can upload the bill and it scans the date, bill number and amount and credits the respective points would be amazing also will stop from duplicate bill being uploaded. This is a simple automation if the company really wants

Unable to use the app at all, everytime I try to launch it, it says error fetching your profile information please restart your app. Getting this everytime and unable to get any IOCL Xtra rewards. Update: I tried fiddling around a bit and found that if I am connected to WiFi while setting up the app, it is unable to fetch the details. I then used mobile data and it worked fine. Further, I tried to add my 4 wheeler vehicle to the app but it doesn't have Tata Punch listed. Not sure why ?
