I have been using the Indane gas booking app since long time and currently there are too many restrictions under this app. Like, can't book the gas showing error. There is cool off period of 25 days+ 15-20 days for delivering the gas and even after delivering the gas they do update in the system after 3-4 days. So, the end consumer had to wait for more than 40-50 days. Very much unsatisfied with the services of the app and the delivery team as well.

Useless app and worst customer support! All my details are correct, yet the app constantly shows "Mobile number not registered." Even after registering an alternative second number, the error persists. I haven't been able to book a cylinder for the last 2 months. To make it worse, customer care agents abruptly disconnect calls when asked to check details. It feels like an intentional technical glitch to hide cylinder unavailability. Fix this immediately!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Extremely disappointing service. I booked my Indane gas cylinder twice. Both times, I first received a DAC number and was informed that the invoice had already been generated. Later, without any proper explanation, the order was cancelled. This is highly unprofessional and a complete waste of customers' time. If you cannot deliver after generating an invoice, don't mislead customers with false confirmations. The customer support is poor, and the entire booking process is unreliable
