User of the app for the last 7-8 years. Found very useful. Recently I faced problem with delivery of cylinder. As I have to cancel the booking, the reasons mentioned seems to be insufficient. It should include "delay in delivery" or "delay more than 5 days". Also after every delivery, there should be a feedback mechanism starting from using the app, booking, delivery, behavior of delivery man, etc

Very Bad Mobile App. It Needs GPS enabled for no reason. It needs Update very often despite no improvement or addition in services. It has customer profile, but that is not being shown after Update. Despite having customer profile, the App does not give options as per profile. For example, if I am having domestic cylinder connection. The option to order cylinder is my priority, not the options related to petrol etc.

There is an option to select other agencies for delivery without transferring agency. I have used this option and also paid extra for preferable delivery to get cylinder early but agency didn't deliver, when I called them they deliver it 1-2 days late and they called after more than week to inform they can't deliver it. Why this option in application? if you can't deliver as promised? i really feel irritated to call agencies n customer care again n again without proper response their end.
