ELPIS is an easy-to-use and secure application, which allows victims of domestic violence to immediately report incidents to the Cyprus Police, without having to call or physically visit a Police Station.
This is particularly useful in cases where the victim is unable to contact the Competent Authorities, due to the presence of the perpetrator in the same area.
The application is provided free of charge by the Cyprus Police, with the aim of immediate and effective response and assistance to victims.
The process of using the application is simple: the victim can send an instant emergency message via the "SOS" button, in order to notify the Police and receive the necessary support.
