About this app

Cyfuture NOW is an HRMS and ERP mobile application for Cyfuture employees to manage attendance, leaves, and other work-related tasks in one place.

The app can be used from anywhere, while ERP features are accessible only within the company network.

🔐 Getting Started
Open the app and select Employee Login, then log in using your HRMS credentials.
After login, you will be taken to the employee dashboard.

The top-left menu (hamburger) displays:
Employee Name
Employee ID / Number
Supervisor
HOD

It also provides two main sections:
HRMS
ERP

🔗 ERPNext Access
Direct access to ERPNext via: https://erp.cyfuture.com
Login using ERP credentials. VPN connection is required.

🛠️ Help Desk Access
Users can access the Help Desk for support and issue resolution.

The Help Desk is available only when connected to:
Company Network, or
Secure VPN (FortiClient)

🤖 AI Inferencing
Run AI models for basic inferencing.

👮 Guard Access
The app also supports Guard Login, where guards can:

Add new visitor details
View visitor records
Contact and confirm with the employee being visited

Additionally, hosts (employees) can:
View visitor requests associated with them
Track status of visitors (Accepted, Rejected, Missed)

🔐 Secure Access
ERP features are accessible only when connected to:
Company Wi-Fi, or
Secure VPN (FortiClient)
