About this app

AI Office mobile app — the companion to the AIO cloud accounting platform (www.aioffice.cz). Snap a document, review it, approve it and send it to your books — full accounting stays on the web, the mobile app handles everything that cannot wait until you are back at your desk.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Snap a document — photograph a receipt or invoice right in the app; AI reads it and prepares a draft entry.
• Inbox — a unified feed of documents, e-mails and data-box messages; start processing, assign a document type or hide a document.
• Invoices — issued, received, advance invoices and receipts; PDFs on your phone, mark as paid and send an invoice by e-mail straight to your client.
• Overview — your company's key numbers: issued, overdue, bank balance, documents waiting for processing.
• Bank — accounts with balances and transactions.
• Stock — stock cards with prices and movements, goods receipts, issues and transfers; count your inventory with the phone in your hand.
• Sign-in confirmation — confirm web sign-ins with a push notification, no codes to retype.

The app respects the permissions set in your accounting unit — every user sees only what they are supposed to see. It supports multiple accounting units, dark mode, Czech, English and German, phones and tablets.
