The e-Account system simplifies and automates communication between an accounting firm and an entrepreneur.
Uploading documents
- scanning of paper documents and digital storage for the accounting officer
possibility of simple uploading of documents via a mobile application or even the web. You can upload .zip, .xml, .pdf, .jpg, .csv files.
the easiest way is to take a picture of the accounting document and upload it to the system using the application.
- when uploading, you can select the period and folder to which you will upload the file. You can upload the document to any month and back. The accountant is notified by a notification.
- You can add a note to each document for better clarity
- automatic API imports of bank statements (eg FIO, Creditas,…). It is not necessary to download the statement from internet banking every month and send it to the accountant.
- automatic import of invoices from third party invoicing systems (iDoklad, Fakturoid, Azami,…). The accountant automatically imports invoices from supported systems.
- the function of deleting a document is only possible for entrepreneurs. The accountant does not have the option to delete the document.
- notification of new documents (the accountant and the client are automatically notified that the counterparty has uploaded new documents, for what period and what type of document)
Records
- clear division of recorded documents into folders.
- there are predefined folders Documents received / Documents issued / Bank account statement / Wages in the system. It is possible to create your own folders, so you can create your own structure.
- display of accounting records as folders or as chronologically recorded documents.
- filtering and searching for documents by year, month, type of document, who uploaded the document and whether the document is read or unread. The accountant thus easily filters out unprocessed documents.
