The myCANADIAN app enables you to make an appointment for a range of medical examinations without having to contact our Customer Care line or your Personal Coordinator. Moreover, thanks to myCANADIAN, you are always within reach of your Personal Coordinator.

The Doctor Online 24/7 service enables you to resolve a range of medical topics via chat. You can ask at any time, our doctors are available 24 hours a day.

The app provides you with access to medical reports from your examinations, laboratory results, and prescription that our doctors have issued to you. If you need to renew the Rx, you can request it directly in the application.

If you want to be certain that you will not forget to take your prescription medications, the medication assistant will help you. It will assist you with maintaining an overview of the dosing of your medications and remind you to take them at the right time. You can also check for drug interactions and food allergies associated with prescription medications.

Ratings and reviews

As a new member, couldn't even activate my account. when I fill in boxes with my information and click process it gives me an error with description "all online verification tries used up". But I haven't even used a single try yet. How do I access results of my tests then? Didn't find a technical support button in the app, hope you'll see it here and fix that bug.

So far, terrible... I requested "Call me back". The next business day the request became "resolved" without anyone calling me or sending email. Also, my medical records were supposed to be transferred from the previous provider, but they did not appear in the app.

A useful app that allows me to keep track/book of my appointments I appreciate the online doctor option and the ease with which one can refill of the prescriptions.
