I've used this for nearly 2 years and have had an overall great experience except for this week. I cannot see new visitors ip address, source or what items they are looking at. This option says check internet connection when I click on the new visitor. Clearly my internet connection is working. There must've been a recent update that I'm not happy with.

This is nonsense, at a time it will disappoint you, it will not work for more the 2 month, till now it's not working, not even, it will not even open at all😔, nonsense app😔, if you are new I advise you not to download this app, look for another app to download, nothing like, Wb********chat

I have to keep a reminder on my phone to check this app every Friday to make sure it's working. 50/50 it has logged me out due to some update. And often I'll miss chas due to this. It's unreliable even for smaller business.
