About this app

Mobile client to attendance and access system Aktion.NEXT. It makes easy recording working time to service technicians, salesmen and other employees who work outside the workplace where is impossible to use the regular attendance terminal on identification card. Allows you to open the front door of the building if the user forgets the card. It is also possible to remotely open the door or gate to expected visitors.

Possibilities:
Evidence of beginning and end of working time
Enter interruptions or other salary elements (business trip, illness, vacation, home office, …)
Display the current monthly attendance report
Monitor the persons presence at the workplace
Meal ordering and Meal order Exchange (Aktion.NEXT, module Catering only)
Project/Client/Task time tracking (Aktion.NEXT, module Time Tracking only)

Security features:
Log on with user name and password
Users permissions according to the configuration in Aktion.NEXT server
Possibility to turn on PIN for selected functions (opening the door)
Recording GPS of the operations (attendance) including displaying the position in Google maps

Requirements:
Installed SW Aktion.NEXT version 1.8 or higher on your server
Active address point with type “mobile device”
Configurated permissions rights for users who will use functions of mobile application
Configurated HW direct control for selected address points (KMC/E, MMC, KSC/E, TSC-3xx, TSC-5xx, ER-310, ER-510, ES-310, ES-510, EX-1)
Active service and system support for Aktion.NEXT licence
