Kindly fix the bug in kyc, I tried 27 times to upload pdf file it always stop and the app closes

Waste application.. I tried to login in this app but after login hr goes back again in login page....server respond very poor....if you cant face heavy user base load so why you have create this app... I recognise to all new users dont use...because its waste your time nothing you got this....
