With innosvet, you are always in control of your energy. Thanks to the innosvět application, every innogy customer will immediately get an overview of their payments, the possibility to change the amount of advances online and use the payment gateway to pay any reminders. In the application, they always see the expected overpayment or underpayment, so there will be no unexpected surprises in the bill. It is only necessary to continuously enter the status of the gas meter or electricity meter into the innosvela. innosvět is both a mobile application and a web portal. There is a single login to innosvěta using an innogy account. For data security, after the first login, each user chooses a further login method (PIN, fingerprint, character), which can be changed at any time.

Why is there no English version of this app? It is 2022. Any App in 2022, being able to also choose an English option means more business & more customers for that business. This is a basic understood principle for any business with an App in 2022. I am very hopeful after speaking with some very kind caring hardworking & dedicated employees of Innogy, there will be very soon an English version of this App. Thank you to All the wonderful employees at Innogy.

App in Czech language only. Charger not available to use with alternative providers. No RFID reader installed in charger. I assume the chargers have low utilisation as international travellers are virtually excluded from service.

Had no experience with new heading and a new usage of gas.This system helped me very much to see how much I need to adjust my monthly payments. Grateful.

V nové verzi aplikace naleznete úpravu procesu odečtů pro jednodušší zadávání. Také jsme optimalizovali přihlášení pomocí otisku prstu, aby bylo rychlejší a pohodlnější. Vylepšili jsme kontrolu přihlašovacího e-mailu pro vyšší bezpečnost. Navíc jsme udělali několik dalších úprav, aby se vám s aplikací lépe pracovalo.
