About this app

STAVEE is a modern electronic construction diary that will eliminate paper administration once and for all. It is fast, clear and 100% in accordance with Czech legislation. Have the entire construction agenda in your pocket - anytime, anywhere and securely.

Note: The STAVEE mobile application is part of the company system and serves as a field client. Use your existing user details to log in.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION:
It works even where the signal has given up
Are you deep in the field, in the basement of a building under construction or in a place without signal? No problem. STAVEE also works offline. You can take daily records even without a connection. As soon as the signal is restored, the data is automatically synchronized.

Artificial intelligence that does the work for you
Take photos of the construction progress and leave the rest to AI. STAVEE automatically recognizes the content of the photos and suggests the text of the daily record. Documentation that used to take hours is ready in minutes.

Everything in one place
Daily records, record approval, photo documentation, document overview and task entry. Everything is clearly structured and immediately available to the entire team. Thanks to the support of system dictation, taking records is easier.

Legislative certainty
The application meets all requirements set by Act No. 283/2021 Coll. (Construction Act) and Annex No. 12 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on keeping an electronic construction diary.

Security without compromise
Your data is encrypted and securely stored on the Microsoft Azure platform (or on your own infrastructure). Archiving after the legally required 10 years is completely automatic.

WEB CENTER FOR YOUR OFFICE:
The mobile application is connected to a robust web interface that serves for complete management of the construction life cycle. You will solve it:
- User management and detailed role settings (investor, construction manager, TDI, subcontractor, OHS).
- Management of complete documentation, inspection day protocols and construction site handover.
- Electronic signing directly in the web interface and sending out diaries for signature.
- Complete exports in PDF/A-3 for the building authority or investor with one click.
