About this app

plusLook makes data from the POHODA economic system available directly to your phone.

The application offers the possibility of a live view into Pohoda. Various views, filters or rights can be defined, so that both the warehouse worker and the manager can conveniently see the data relevant to them. In the application, you can view and, if necessary, send PDF printouts of documents, attached Documents to records and, for example, images of stocks.

Data from POHODA always at hand
plusLook offers a live view of selected data in POHODA directly from your phone. No remote desktop is required.

The user receives an overview prepared directly for mobile use and can quickly access the information they need.

Different views for different users
The content of the application can be adapted to specific roles. The warehouse worker can work with different data than the salesperson or manager, and the corresponding rights can be set for individual users.

Filters, labels and time periods
In individual views, user filters, time filters and record labels can be used. From a large amount of data, only the records that are important for a given situation can be quickly displayed.

plusLook can also work with optional parameters used in POHODA.

Documents and PDF reports
For documents, PDF print reports can be displayed directly on the phone. You can check the report and then send it from the phone to a customer or colleague, for example.

Stock images
For warehouse items, stock images defined in both Pohoda and BSshop can be displayed. This is useful, for example, when checking goods, working in the warehouse or quickly verifying a specific item outside the office.

Secure communication
Communication between the phone and the server is secure. Together with setting user rights, you can control who has access to specific data and functions.

To ensure the functionality of the application, it is necessary to have the additional plusLook Connector application installed on the Pohoda server.
