Your construction diary without the cloud. Record the progress of the construction directly from your mobile phone, have photos and payments on your computer in the evening — and print the entire diary with one click before the final inspection. Try it now: a test project with sample data in one click, without registration.
StaviTo is a simple construction record according to the Czech Building Act (Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.). It supports a simple construction record and a full construction diary — you choose the form for each project.
What the application can do • Records of the progress of work with photo documentation directly from the construction site • Photos with GPS location as proof of the location of the acquisition; save to gallery and share • Inspection days: participants sign with their finger, generate PDF protocol directly from mobile • Role-based access — craftsman and investor add, building inspector edits and approves • Registration of companies and professions on construction site (default set of crafts pre-filled) • Payments to craftsmen — separate and tied to specific records • Quick photo: widget on desktop, one click and the picture flies to the diary • Works offline: everything is saved in a queue and sent automatically as soon as the network is back • Export to Excel and PDF (with or without photos) in the desktop application.
Privacy first No cloud, no registration. Mobile is paired with desktop application (Windows/macOS) via QR code, link, or entering a code — on home Wi-Fi, or via your company's own server. Communication is encrypted (TLS with pinned certificate) and all data remains with you.
