About this app

Marta is a virtual assistant for craftsmen and tradespeople. She will take care of your customers when you can't pick up the phone - so that you don't lose an order just because of a missed call.

When you're working, you don't have time to take calls. And a customer who doesn't get through will call another craftsman in a few minutes. Marta will prevent that.

HOW IT WORKS
A customer calls you, but you're working. Marta will immediately send them an SMS
with a link to the chat. In the chat, she asks the customer what they need, when and where -
and prepares a clear summary for you. You can read it in the app, approve the answer and immediately offer the customer an appointment.
