About this app

EDISONKA is an application for administrators, dispatchers, bus and public transport drivers. You have the shift plan, electronic shift sheet, payslips and company documents in one place, directly from your carrier's corporate system. No paperwork and no calls to the dispatch center.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE APPLICATION

MY DAY
Shifts from regular transport and public transport for the selected day, electronic shift sheet and reporting a defect in the vehicle you are currently driving.

DRIVER'S PLAN
Monthly shift plan with shift details, route by stop and route on the map. Especially for regular transport, especially for public transport.

ELECTRONIC DRIVER'S SHEET
Odometer status before and after the trip, refueling and the actual vehicle. You fill it out right in the cabin and the data goes to the corporate system.

SERVICE EXCHANGE
Free shifts and trip orders offered by the dispatcher. You can book a service by clicking on it and cancel the reservation until the dispatcher assigns it to someone.

PAYMENTS
Overview of payments for the selected year, summary of hours and amounts, breakdown by employment status and download of payslip and wage documents.

NEWS AND DOCUMENTS
Company news, guidelines and regulations including confirmation that you have read them. Notifications and a badge on the tile will notify you of a new post.

LEAVE REQUEST
Request for leave and additional leave with a check of the date against the company system and an overview of vacancies in the leave calendar.

VALIDITIES
Passports, training and medical examinations with a color warning of the approaching expiration.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL REPORTS
A fault with a photo goes straight to the company system, where it will be taken over by maintenance. An overview of operational reports for the given day is also available.

INITIATIVES AND SURVEYS
A report from the company management with the option to attach a photo and with the answer in the thread. Questionnaires from the employer are filled out step by step and the written survey can be completed later.

FOR DISPATCHERS AND MANAGERS
Dispatcher's schedule, public transport dispatch, vehicle location on the map, carrier control and stop records.

HOW TO GET STARTED
Your employer sets up access. You log in with your email and password, which you will receive from the dispatcher or payroll accountant. Without an account with a carrier that uses EDISONKA, you will not be able to log in to the application. Which modules you will see is determined by your carrier, so some of the listed functions may not be available to you.

ON YOUR PHONE AND TABLET
On a larger screen, the bulletin board and content are divided into multiple columns.
