Application crashes on start. Tried restart, different internet connections, using latest android and this is happening to with several last app versions...

Jirko, mrzí nás, pokud aplikace nefunguje správně. Obecně doporučujeme zkontrolovat aktualizaci aplikace, restartovat telefon a přepnout se mezi Wi-Fi a mobilními daty. Pokud by to stále nešlo, zavolejte nám na 224 443 636 nebo napište přes formulář na webu a prověříme to.

I couldn’t log in for the whole day, so I reinstalled the app. That forced me to re-register and scan my ID, but the app accepts only Czech ID cards. Now I’m told to visit a physical branch just to regain access. This is very inconvenient and ignores many customers who don’t have a Czech ID.

If you unregister your device and you do not have a Czech ID card and a passport or driver’s licence, new pairing is indeed only possible at a branch. If you have the app on another device, you can still complete the pairing in Settings – More – Add a new device. Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider it.
