Ratings and reviews

Every button is just a redirect to a web browser, and even that is super buggy and unreliable. For example it shows my ACTIVE tariff as INACTIVE all the time!

This app—along with their "stellar" customer support—remains an absolute, jaw-dropping joke. Who in their absolute right mind designs a mobile app that literally redirects you to a browser window just to check your mobile data balance? Honestly, it’s so ridiculously brain-dead you almost have to applaud it. Hilarious stuff.

i don't know if its new or something I can work sround, but the app doesn't let me sign in unless I enable the notifications! So it can spam me with marketing announcements...outrageous...I am going to uninstall the app and pay my bills via web. Way to be user friendly O2...
