Keep your O2 services under full control and always with you at all times. With the My O2 application you can easily, online and free of charge manage your services, you will get a constant overview of the use of your data, calls or SMS messages. In the application, you can activate additional services with a few clicks, such as Smart Travel Insurance, which always switches on automatically when you are in a roaming zone or you can, for example, buy the missing data. You can log in to the application using your fingerprint, Face ID, entering your username and password, or logging in once.

We make our My O2 application simple and clear so that it can be used easily and quickly. You can switch the application to your favorite dark mode. He speaks English and Ukrainian.

It is intended for all O2 customers, including corporate and O2 Family customers.

Ratings and reviews

When biometric logging in fails you have to enter credentials or phone number which is very annoying. There's no way to reset it or make it pop up again. Even after clearing the cache it doesn't pop up. I have to wait a few days to be able to use biometrics again.

Service customizations, current cellular data usage statistics, topping up credit, and other purchases cannot be done within the My O2 app itself-it always points to web links for use with a web browser which requires extra authentication again. It also lacks single account credentials use for Home internet & Datamania at the same time-two accounts. In short it even lacks its basic functionality. Now, what's the point of an application if it redirects you to a web browser if you need anything?

After new update, there is no more display of remaining tariff or package units, app just reditects to web-based self-service portal. Which made it pretty useless. Upd 15.08.2025. App still only available for GPlay users registered in Czechia. The online portal messes up cookies, which makes handling more than one service a pain in the a**. E-shop does not work properly. And neither does the "apology" coupon for the recent week-long outage.
