How does it work?
Using Frekr is simple and easy-to-use for employees and the administrators. You only need a smartphone or a tablet with a camera or NFC technology! You will set up the tablet or the smartphone with Frekr App next to the entrance, this device will be the access terminal. Every employee will record their arrival/departure using NFC access card (e.g. ISIC or you can order NFC tags from us) or by scanning a QR code. Employees can check their activity via web interface.
You can also monitor employee activities outside the workplace. Employee will download the Frekr App to his smartphone or tablet and he can report his activity after pairing the app with his account. The application can also track employee’s location using GPS. Frekr also provides an easy task assignment and events to the tasks. Administrators or managers can view all the attendance records (Login and Logout all employees, hours worked by employess, all the time spent on the tasks) via web interface. They can export the data e.g. for accounting department to create payroll reports etc.
