✓ DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION DIARY
Take photos of the work progress directly from the construction site. The photos are automatically dated and watermarked - protection against theft of photo documentation. The client has access via a password-protected link and can comment in real time.

After completing the order, issue an invoice with one click - ProfiDeník will automatically take the data from the offer. The invoice contains a QR payment code according to the Czech standard, so the client pays by scanning it.

Your own price list of work and materials organized into categories. When creating an offer, just select the items and the system automatically calculates the price including VAT. Consistent prices, faster offers.

✓ SERVICE INTERVALS
Set a service interval for the order (e.g. annual inspection, filter replacement) and the system will notify you 7 days, 3 days and on the day of the service. Automated source of repeat orders.

✓ HANDOVER PROTOCOL
The client approves or refuses the handover of the work online. The system will generate a PDF protocol with a timeline of the entire diary, photos and digital signatures of both parties. Legal certainty for any disputes.

✓ CLIENT MANAGEMENT (CRM)
All clients in one place. Automatic addition of data from the company ID via ARES. History of all offers and orders for each client.

✓ TEAM COLLABORATION
Invite team members with their own roles and permissions. The craftsman writes in the diary, the manager manages offers, the accountant only sees invoices. The external master sees only the assigned order.

✓ MULTIPLE CURRENCIES
Support for Czech crowns, euros and dollars with automatic CNB exchange rates. You issue offers and invoices in the client's currency.
